Made sure I knew how to operate the winch on the trailer, went over strapping, and ensured all the lights worked correctly. I even showed up with the wrong size ball on my drop hitch and he lent me one of his. Bill had that trailer spotless when I showed up too. One does not get that service from those national folks that start with the letter U. I will only rent from Bill moving forward, and I suggest if you want quality equipment coupled with perfect customer service and great pricing call Bill.”
